O,R&L Commercial leases 11,400 s/f for Goodwill Industries thrift store

O,R&L Commercial, LLC leased 11,400 s/f at Lakeview Center, 249 West Main St. Richard Gold and Phil Marshall represented the landlord, Lakeview Center Associates, LLC. The tenant, Easter Seals Goodwill Industries, was represented by Toby Brimberg of O,R&L. Easter Seals Goodwill Industries is a community-based organization committed to enhancing employment, educational, social and recreational opportunities for people with disabilities in the Greater New Haven area. The Lakeview Center space will be the newest retail thrift store and donation center used to support employment and training programs. They are scheduled to open in this fall.
