Cobb Hill Construction completes 2 dental office projects totaling 7,100 s/f
Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. has completed two dental office projects, the ground-up construction of the JD Howard Dental Office and extensive renovations to the dental office of Dr. Anne Todd.
The 5,500 s/f, one-story JD Howard Dental Office, located at 375 Sixth St., was designed by Warren Street Architects. The new office includes nine operatories, including four hygiene areas, upscale patient areas and comfortable staff areas.
Cobb Hill has also completed the first of three phases of renovations to 1,600 s/f of Dr. Anne Todd's dental office located at 49 Derry Rd. in Hudson, N.H. Phase one restructured part of the dental office to include a sterilization center and laboratory. Further renovations created additional space for a panoramic x-ray machine, a private patient consultation room, a new office for Dr. Todd, and updates to the staff kitchen, lounge and bathroom. During construction, Cobb Hill replaced and updated the building's three HVAC systems.
Phase two of renovations is scheduled to take place this fall.
"We're happy to have had the opportunity to work again with Dr. Howard and Dr. Todd to provide them with functional, comfortable and attractive spaces for their dental practices," said Jerry Kingwill, president of Cobb Hill Construction. "We are proud of our work and our dedication to consistently building and renovating quality dental spaces to fit the needs of our clients and, most importantly, their patients."
