Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has leased 15,000 s/f of warehouse/distribution space located at 2-4 Toelles Rd. The property has direct access to I-91 at Exit 13 near the Wallingford/North Haven town line.
Frank Hird, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord DFP Enterprises and also the new tenant, Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), a nationwide distributor serving the contractor, industrial and commercial markets.
