O,R&L Commercial sells 30,544 s/f at 99 Ash Street for $1.575 million

East Hartford, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC sold a 30,544 s/f commercial building for $1.575 million. The building is located at 99 Ash St. and has visibility from I-84.

Jay Morris and Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Ash Realty Associates, LLC and the buyer, Ash Street Holdings, LLC dba KIA of East Hartford, Inc., LLC was represented by Nick Morizio of Colliers International. 

Kia of East Hartford is moving from their current location, 540 Connecticut Blvd., where they are a tenant to be the new owners at 99 Ash. They are planning on completely renovating and expanding the 99 Ash location. Kia of East Hartford sells both new and used vehicles. 

99 Ash St. was built in 1981 and was the former home of UCONN Health and was left vacant after they moved out years ago.
