Circle Surrogacy Ltd./Weltman Law Group, has leased 5,696 s/f of first class office space on the top floor at 200 High St. This new location will serve as the world headquarters for both Circle Surrogacy and The Law Offices of John Weltman. Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Tom O'Regan and associate Patrick Nugent represented the property's owner Two Hundred Mortgage Associates L.P., an affiliate of The Davis Companies.
