Oak & Avery Group mediates sale of 52,000 s/f retail center

Milford, CT The Oak & Avery Group has completed the sale of 1776 Boston Post Rd., a 52,000 s/f retail center.

The property sold for $3.28 million in an all-cash, off-market transaction.

Anthony Watkins, president, and David Algarin, vice president, represented the seller while the buyer was represented by broker Nick Diamantis.

This transaction underscores the ongoing demand for quality retail investments in attractive locations.
