Milford, CT The Oak & Avery Group has completed the sale of 1776 Boston Post Rd., a 52,000 s/f retail center.
The property sold for $3.28 million in an all-cash, off-market transaction.
Anthony Watkins, president, and David Algarin, vice president, represented the seller while the buyer was represented by broker Nick Diamantis.
