Fall River, MA Sam Obar of Paramount Partners brokered the sale of a 5,726 s/f retail building at 1237 Pleasant St. for $440,000 to 1237 Pleasant Street, LLC of Hyde Park, Mass. Paramount represented the seller, 7-Eleven, Inc. and secured the buyer.
