O’Brien and Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties completes three sales totaling $1.65 million in Framingham and Ashland

Framingham, MA Northborough based commercial real estate firm Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) completed three sales totaling $1.65 million in Framingham and Ashland. 

Bret O’Brien, president of GBCP, represented the buyer and was the sole broker of record in the purchase of 94 Nickerson Rd. in Ashland.  The 94 Nickerson Rd. property will enable the buyer to expand its operations from its main location across the street at 71 Nickerson Rd. 

33 Loring Drive - Framingham, MA

In a second transaction, O’Brien was also the sole broker of record representing the seller and procuring the buyer in an investment sale.  The 5,500 s/f office condo at 33 Loring Dr. is fully leased for five years to Creative Playthings, and was purchased for the rental income by a Westborough based investor.

Benjamin Gatti of GBCP represented the seller of 27 Cochituate Rd., an investment purchase, and part of a 1031 exchange. 27 Cochituate Rd. is a 1,907 s/f office property located on Rte. 30 close to Rte. 9.
