O’Brien and Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties sell 8,900 s/f property for $2.8 million
Needham, MA Bret O’Brien and Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller of 13 Highland Circle.
The 8,900 s/f two-story office building sold for $2.8 million and was purchased by Tilli Tomas, Inc. who intend on occupying the building for their operations.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
