O’Brien Commercial and Fieldstone Commercial handle 15,000 s/f lease to JOWA USA, Inc.

Littleton, MA According to O’Brien Commercial Properties, JOWA USA, Inc. has leased 15,000 s/f at One Monarch Dr. JOWA USA, one of the world leaders in supplying environmental protection equipment to the maritime industry, chose the building for its central location, highway access and amenity base. 

Keith Gurtler of O’Brien Commercial represented JOWA USA, while Nate Nickerson, of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represented the landlord, CDK Realty Venture One.
