O’Brien Commercial Properties handles 10,700 s/f in leases in Marlborough and Lancaster, Mass.
Marlborough, MA Black Diamond Solutions has signed a lease of office & flex space at 257 Simarano Dr. They will relocate headquarters from Northborough this month. Eric O’Brien and Andrew Goddard from O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. brokered the transaction.
Brandon Meeks and Andrew Goddard of O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. have also leased 4,200 s/f of industrial space at 807 Sterling Rd. in Lancaster, Mass.
