O’Brien Commercial Properties inks lease with Eliot Pact at Gateway Center II

Lowell, MA According to O’Brien Commercial Properties, Eliot Pact, provider of behavioral health services across Massachusetts, has signed a lease for 3,023 s/f of renovated office space at Gateway Center II, located at 151 Warren St. This expansion supports Eliot Pact’s continued mission to deliver accessible, high-quality behavioral health care to individuals and families throughout the region.

With this latest lease, Gateway Center II has officially reached 100% occupancy - further solidifying its reputation as the premier location for professional, medical, and service-oriented organizations in downtown Lowell.
