O’Brien Commercial Properties renews 22,505 s/f in leases with Compliance Management Group
Littleton, MA The Compliance Management Group (CMG) has renewed two leases with O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. CMG extended its lease of 12,668 s/f at 37 Ayer Rd. with Nehemiah LLC and 9,837 s/f for its headquarters at 257 Simarano Dr. in Marlborough, with 257 Simarano LLC. CMG is a product testing company.
Eric O’Brien, president, O’Brien Commercial Properties represented both landlords in both deals.
