Franklin, MA Bret O’Brien and Tyler DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller. The five-acre site included the 100,000 s/f Franklin Mill Complex, which consisted of five buildings that are all two- or three-stories. 

The buyer paid $1.5 million and is still undecided as to the plans moving forward but is working with the town in this regard.
