Shirley, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 76 Walker Rd. The 40,374 s/f building located on 5.01 acres sold for $3.15 million. The property is a single tenant net leased manufacturing facility, which has been purchased as an investment and part of a 1031 exchange.
