O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties represents CLP Resources, Inc. in 7,150 s/f lease

Marlborough, MA Bret O’Brien, president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) recently represented a tenant leasing 7,150 s/f of office space on the fourth floor of 201 Boston Post Rd. The tenant CLP Resources, Inc. is a subsidiary of publicly traded Trueblue, Inc. (TBI).

O’Brien originally placed CLP’s staffing office in 4,000 s/f at this location in 2013. The office building is owned by R.K. Associates, which also owns the adjacent retail shopping center. The recent transaction involved a long term extension of the existing lease, as well as an expansion to nearly double the tenant’s original size as of October.

The additional facilities are primarily intended to serve the company’s payroll department.
