• 15 Monument Square, LLC has purchased an office building totaling 26, 411 s/f on 1.39 acres. The building, located at 15-27 Monument Sq., sold for $2.09 million. O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. in conjunction with Joel Aho of Aho Properties, LLC, procured and represented the buyer. First Mass Bank, NA was the seller.
• Centinel Financial Group has relocated from the Mill & Main in Maynard to 2352 Main St. in Concord. Scott Holden of Centinel chose the Concord Office Center for its clean and professional image and the landlord’s flexibility with a “build to suit” space.
