O’Brien Commercial Properties handles $2.09m sale and two leases
Leominster, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed multiple deals including the following:
• 15 Monument Square, LLC has purchased an office building totaling 26, 411 s/f on 1.39 acres. The building, located at 15-27 Monument Sq., sold for $2.09 million. O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. in conjunction with Joel Aho of Aho Properties, LLC, procured and represented the buyer. First Mass Bank, NA was the seller.
• Centinel Financial Group has relocated from the Mill & Main in Maynard to 2352 Main St. in Concord. Scott Holden of Centinel chose the Concord Office Center for its clean and professional image and the landlord’s flexibility with a “build to suit” space. Eric O’Brien, president, O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Blakeley Properties.
• Bloomy Controls Inc. has signed a seven-year lease commitment/renewal at 257 Simarano Dr. in Marlborough. Bloomy occupies 8,557 s/f in the multi-tenant life science and technology incubator. O’Brien, represented the landlord, 257 Simarano LLC.
