O’Brien Commercial Properties LLC’s new 520-unit 10X Self Storage now open in Marlborough
Marlborough, MA 10X Self Storage is now open for business at the new climate-controlled facility at 215 Simarano Dr. Other 10X Self Storage facilities are located in Acton and soon to open in Worcester.
The new 10X Self Storage is a 520-unit five-story custom steel building operated by O’Brien Commercial Properties LLC (OCP).
OCP is a real estate management firm affiliated with O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc.
