Ogasapian and Holmes of R.W. Holmes arrange 14,011 s/f lease

Burlington, MA According to R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate, 14,011 s/f has been leased to Zimmer Northeast at 141 Middlesex Tpke. The building is located one mile from I-95 and offers a mix of office and flex space that is sought after in the 128 Central area. Zimmer chose 141 Middlesex following an extensive search and selected the building for its location and ability to accommodate its clean warehousing and office needs.

Mike Ogasapian and Garry Holmes of R.W. Holmes represented the tenant, Zimmer Northeast, while Jordan Yarboro and Madison Chambers of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, The Berman Cos.

Zimmer Northeast is a licensed distributor for Zimmer Biomet. Zimmer Biomet develops, manufactures and markets orthopedics products, including knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle artificial joints and dental prostheses. Zimmer has operations in more than 40 countries around the world.
