Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Realty arranges 14,650 s/f for Nor’Easters Baseball

Tewksbury, MA  According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., 14,650 s/f has been leased to Nor’Easters Baseball at 19 Barker Rd. The property is a 32,000 s/f warehouse building situated neat I-495 and off Rte. 38. 

Following a search, Nor’easters selected 19 Barker for its ceiling height, proximity to I-495, and its geographical location for the members of its teams. Entering its 12th season in 2016 - 2017, Nor’Easters Baseball has established itself as one of the premier travel programs in New England. The program has recently expanded to 40 total teams.
