Billerica, MA Mike Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Realty closes lease of 6,375 s/f to Vaman Enterprise at 146 Rangeway Rd.  146 Rangeway Rd. is a 13,000 s/f warehouse space within the Lowell/Chelmsford industrial submarket directly off Rte. 3.

decided to relocate to space which better suited their logistics needs based on where their clientele is located.

This is Ogasapian’s 4th deal within the Billerica area this year.  The lease was done directly with ownership with no outside broker involved.
