Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate leases 5,034 s/f to Commlink Integration

Burlington, MA R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate completed a new 5,034 s/f flex lease at 1 North Ave.

R.W. Holm-es vice president Mike Ogasapian represented the tenant, Commlink Integration, a technology solutions company that offers AV integration, network design, security solutions, structured cabling, smart buildings, sound masking, or any combination of the above.

Maureen Harrington, leasing director of Nordblom Company, represented the landlord, Nordblom Co.

“Commlink’s need for high-end flex space made Nordblom’s project at Northwest Park the ideal location,” said Ogasapian. “We are very pleased to have secured space for Commlink in a tight flex market along the 128 Central corridor.”
