Shelton, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, completed a lease of 127,000 s/f with A To Z Supply at 710 Bridgeport Ave.
A To Z Supply will be relocating its corporate office and distribution operation from Bronx, New York. The owner AA Shelton Investors, LLC signed a long-term lease with A To Z Supply bringing occupancy of property to 100%.
A To Z Supply is a medical supply company and major distributor of hospital and nursing home needs, medical, kitchen, house-keeping maintenance and equipment. They are a family-owned multi-disciplinary health care institutional supplier for all disposable needs.
