Bloomfield, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, completed a lease representing Huntington Power Equipment, Inc. (HPE) at 34 East Dudley Town Rd. The new 13,800 s/f location is a result of continued expansion for HPE and will be used to service its customers in the greater Hartford Market and throughout Connecticut.
HPE is a leading provider of generator systems and emergency power solutions for all residential, industrial and mission critical applications.
The property is owned and managed by AFS Enterprises, LLC a developer and owner of multiple properties in the Bloomfield market.
