CB Richard Ellis/New England has arranged three leases totaling 35,200 s/f at Burlington Centre, a 600,000 s/f master-planned office park. The firm facilitated a 16,014 s/f renewal and expansion with Click Software; a 14,596 s/f renewal and expansion with Lockheed Martin; and a 4,663 s/f renewal with United Fuels, all at 35 Corporate Dr.
The CBRE team of Kerry Olson, vice president, and Jason Levendusky, first vice president, represented ownership Multi-Employer Property Trust in all three transactions; the team also represented United Fuels in its renewal on the first floor of 35 Corporate Dr., a four-story, 120,000 s/f office building home to many of the park's high-technology tenants.
