Olson and Everest of Nordlund Associates and Green of Begley Companies broker sale of 7,930 s/f building
Haverhill, MA Nordlund Associates has completed the sale of 35 Avco Rd. The 7,930 s/f building on 4.42 acres was purchased by Rapid Realty LLC, who was represented by Courtney Green of Begley Companies.
As per the seller, Avco Road LLC, “We engaged Kevin Olson and Chris Everest, of Nordlund. They conveyed properties of this size and type would be attractive to buyers given the limited supply of similar properties and other favorable market conditions such as low interest rates. Fortunately, the advice was accurate as multiple offers were procured quickly and the transaction proceeded smoothly to a successful closing.”
