Oliver Olsson

Norwell, MA Ellis Realty Advisors welcomes Oliver Olsson to its leadership team. With nearly two decades of experience in marketing, strategic growth, and placemaking, Olsson adds an expertise in positioning transformative developments and fostering strategic partnerships.

Olsson most recently led the marketing and branding for Waterstone Properties Group and their premier mixed-use development in Maine, Rock Row, where he also spearheaded several economic development initiatives to establish Maine as a destination for both talent and innovation.

Prior to Waterstone, Olsson supported the launch of NB Development Group and the branding positioning of the transformative health and wellness district, Boston Landing.

At Ellis Realty Advisors, Olsson will drive the expansion of the capital markets division, bringing new opportunities for businesses and investors across southeastern Massachusetts.

“Oliver brings a unique combination of strategic planning, marketing expertise, and innovative thinking that will enhance the value we deliver to our clients as a fully integrated real estate advisory firm,” said Dave Ellis.

Olsson’s experience with mixed-use developments as well as relationships within retail, healthcare, and multi-family will support the ongoing investment and growth of the South Shore’s business community.

“Ellis Realty has become such a valued business partner in this region’s business community,”said Olsson. “I am excited for the opportunity to help realize the visions of our clients and the community where my family and I call home.”

After adding new leadership to their property management and development divisions last year, Ellis has established itself as the only full-service commercial real estate advisory firm on South Shore.
