Omaha Steaks opens at the Prominade Shops at Evergreen Walk

Omaha Steaks has opened a new store at 89 Evergreen Way. This new store represents Omaha Steaks' 79th retail store location nationwide and the first store in Conn. The official grand opening celebration at the new store was scheduled to begin on April 10th. "We are extremely pleased to be opening our newest store in South Windsor," said senior vice president, Todd Simon. "South Windsor is a vibrant area and we look forward to becoming active members of the business community." Omaha Steaks, founded in 1917, is an Omaha, Nebraska-based, family-owned company that markets and distributes a wide variety of the finest quality USDA-approved, grain fed beef and other gourmet foods. Today, Omaha Steaks is recognized as the nation's largest direct response marketer of premium midwestern beef.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
