Medina Enterprises attended the International Council of Shopping Centers Spring Convention with Spectrum Realty Capital. Medina coordinates franchise operations for several fast growing concepts which include Cuppy's Coffee, Planet Wings, San Gelato Café and ID Me. Medina Enterprises and Spectrum Realty Capital met with major developers at the show to review the developer's portfolios and secure locations for the various franchise models.
Under Medina's management, Cuppy's Coffee has seen tremendous national growth over the past year and has opened a total of 54 Cuppy's locations since January of 2007. The franchise has yet to celebrate its second birthday, and already has a presence in 20 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. In fact, RestaurantChains.net ranked Cuppy's Coffee as the fastest growing concept with under 100 units.
Planet Wings is a unique quick-service restaurant specializing in 24 award-winning flavors of chicken wings. Planet Wings has been franchising since 2002, and has a total of 22 open stores throughout the northeast and is expanding its presence nationally.
Medina Enterprises began franchising for San Gelato Café in February of 2008. San Gelato Café is a Venetian-style gelateria seeking high-end locations in lifestyle centers, shopping malls and strip centers nationwide.
