One North of Boston in Chelsea begins leasing 222-unit 2nd phase - project being developed by Gate Residential

One North Boston - Chelsea, MA One North Boston - Chelsea, MA

Chelsea, MA One North of Boston began the leasing of new apartments in the second building of its residential community. The 222-unit second phase of One North features an amenitized living experience and a location one mile from Boston and one stop from North Station. It is also situated with prime access to both the buzz and culture of the city, as well as the tranquility of North Shore beaches and all spots in between.

“The lifestyle we created with One North of Boston reflects the best in urban living, and we’re thrilled to begin leasing this second phase,” said Damian Szary, a principal of Gate Residential – the project’s developer. “For people who wanted a second chance to be part of One North, we’ve introduced exciting new features and amenities that we think define this signature property and its remarkable living experience.”

Offering studios, one, two, and three-bedroom units, One North of Boston’s second phase features premium interior touches that include wide plank flooring, walk-in closets, in-home washer-dryers, Italian cabinets, quartz countertops, Nest thermostats, and views of the Boston skyline from select units. It is also the first residential community in the area to offer onsite doggie daycare services.  The building will be open for occupancy this spring.

The premier community amenities, meanwhile, further elevate the high standard established when One North opened its first phase in 2013. An indoor basketball court, state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and spin studios, two media room, two outdoor pools and courtyards with fire pits and grilling stations, a gaming suite and chef’s kitchen are among the package of amenities available to all residents.

“Chelsea has emerged as a lively and exciting community that offers the best access to Boston without the Boston rents,” said Szary. “One North brings a premier urban lifestyle into Chelsea, so residents can enjoy an urban experience that wasn’t previously available outside the higher priced downtown Boston neighborhoods.”

One North of Boston came to Chelsea in 2013 with phase one – a 230-unit building with premier amenities such as on-site doggie daycare, a chef’s kitchen and luxury suite. The project quickly exceeded all goals for leasing and earned a prestigious PRISM Award from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
