Frank Hird, SIOR of OR&L Commercial brokered the $955,000 sale of 125 South Main St., a former automotive dealership. The property consists of over 15,000 s/f of building area situated on 2 acres of land.
The building was sold by Henry Sobolewski. The new owner, Par LLC, has exclusively listed the property with Hird for lease and redevelopment.
