Tolk of American Eagle Realty leases 4,200 s/f to Fairfield Caf

Paul Tolk of American Eagle Realty LLC (d/b/a Eagle Realty) in Connecticut has leased 770 Commerce Dr. The 4,200 s/f free standing restaurant was leased for five years with 3 five-year options. Tolk represented both the landlord and the tenant. Located 100 ft. from exit 24, I-95, the property is next to The Staples Plaza, Post Rd. U.S. 1, and is surrounded by Fairfield's largest office buildings and industrial activity. The new Fairfield railroad station, now under construction, is one half mile away. The tenant comes with 25 years experience, first with Un Deux Troix at 44th St. in New York City, and currently as owner, operator of the Gelston House, at The Goodspeed Theater, East Haddam. Now called Fairfield Café the building was totally renovated, painted, and has the look of a comfortable New England Inn. The menu has something for everyone. Seasonal out door dining completes the picture of a New England Inn.
