Paul Tolk of American Eagle Realty LLC (d/b/a Eagle Realty) in Connecticut has leased 770 Commerce Dr. The 4,200 s/f free standing restaurant was leased for five years with 3 five-year options. Tolk represented both the landlord and the tenant. Located 100 ft. from exit 24, I-95, the property is next to The Staples Plaza, Post Rd. U.S. 1, and is surrounded by Fairfield's largest office buildings and industrial activity. The new Fairfield railroad station, now under construction, is one half mile away.
