O,R&L Commercial completes $1.15 million sale of 485 Willard Ave. - sold to Group Omega, LLC

Newington, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of 485 Willard Ave. 

The building was sold for $1.15 million to Group Omega, LLC from Brooklyn, NY. The seller was M&R Strand, LLC from Mystic. 

The property consists of a 4,500 s/f medical condo that is 100% leased to Total Vision on a long-term basis. Total Vision has occupied the property since it was constructed in 2009. 

Jay Morris and Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial were the sole brokers in the transaction.
