Nick Osgood of MANSARD, represented NSD Real Estate, LLC in the $1.85 million purchase of 7 Progress Ave. The 33,500 s/f industrial building was purchased vacant from GRE Realty Management II, LLC with the new owner's sights set on repositioning the asset into a self storage facility. The 4.3 acre site will support a 123,000 s/f building.
