Jones Lang LaSalle has completed three more leases at The Exchange. The leases for The Lupus Foundation of America, Inc., Dr. Alok Bhargava and Bendett & McHugh total 4,155 s/f.
As the exclusive leasing agent, Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Christopher Ostop and vice president Gary Schless represented the owner New Boston Fund, Inc. in all transactions. Bendett & McHugh was represented by Neil Godfrey of Simons Real Estate Group.
"We are thrilled to welcome our new tenants to The Exchange," said Dale Reese, vice president and regional director of Connecticut for New Boston Fund. "We are confident that they will find value in their occupancy at one of the largest office buildings in suburban Greater Hartford."
The Lupus Foundation, a national nonprofit Lupus organization, signed its lease for 1,240 s/f. Opening an additional location, pediatric neurologist Dr. Bhargava's new office is 1,016 s/f. Real estate law firm Bendett & McHugh will be occupying a 1,899 s/f office.
Located at 270 Farmington Ave., The Exchange is a three-story 250,000 s/f mixed-use office and retail building with three on-site restaurants. Located on Rte. 4, within a half mile from I-84 and Rte. 9, The Exchange is one of the largest suburban office buildings in greater Hartford. Its post and beam construction creates a loft-like atmosphere throughout the building.
