Ostop of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiates 9,313 s/f lease

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a 9,313 s/f lease at 8 Griffin Rd. North. Artizan Internet Services, LLC, a provider of internet-based solutions for the insurance industry, expanded its current home office by 5,000 plus s/f. Senior vice president Christopher Ostop of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated on behalf of the owner Vision Equities LLC. The tenant, Artizan Internet Services, was not represented. "Our insurance policyholder access product that enables policyholders to sign on to their agent/broker's web sites to view/service their insurance policies is meeting a growing need for policyholders and agents/brokers across the country," said Richard Roy, president and managing partner of Artizan. "In order to meet the demand, we have doubled the size of our Connecticut-based staff and hope to double it again in mid-late 2012. Working with the management team at 8 Griffin Rd., we were able to design an office space that met the needs of our employees." 8 Griffin Rd. North is a two-story office building located in Windsor's Griffin Office Park. The park offers a campus setting with water views, jogging trails and picnic areas.
