Overdeput of Colliers handles 60,000 s/f lease

Lawrence, MA Colliers International completed the 60,000 s/f lease of 301-303 Haverhill St., to the city of Lawrence. Hugo Overdeput, of Colliers’ Manchester, N.H. office, represented the landlord, Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston in its search for a tenant for the former Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School. The church was willing to include a lease of the abutting St. Mary Grammar School for the right tenant.

Overdeput contacted the city to see if there was a need to expand their educational space, especially considering the COVID-19 crisis, and the buildings were deemed a good fit. The 60,000 s/f of space will provide more opportunity and flexibility for Lawrence’s educational system.
