P&N Investments, LLC sells multifamily property for $1.25m

132-134 Cottage Street - Chelsea, MA

Chelsea, MA P&N Investments, LLC completed the sale of a multifamily, residential property at 132-134 Cottage St. Theodore Ammon represented the buyer. The asset sold for $1.25 million. The proceeds will be invested into the companies value-add projects.

P&N is a partnership between Matthew Newman, principal of Newman Properties, and Tanner Payne, principal of Apex Real Estate Group. P&N specializes in the acquisition of investment properties with a portfolio that includes retail, commercial and multifamily residential properties.

“Chelsea is a great neighborhood, with its close proximity to Boston and cultural diversity,” said Newman, when asked about the city.

P&N owned 132-134 Cottage St. for one year. Throughout that time the property underwent renovations and all units now feature modern updates and appliances. The residential property has four apartments consisting of two, two-bedrooms and two, three-bedrooms. The building is located in the city’s Broadway neighborhood and offers access to the commuter rail and bus routes.
