Palazzolo of City Realty Group brokers $3.195m sale of two multi-family props.

City Realty Group LLC agent Michael Palazzolo brokered the sale of two multi-family properties at 112 and 135 Hillside St. in the Mission Hill district. The buyers are Mark, Eric and Adam Kaufman. The seller was JSMW, LLC and was represented by Savage Properties. These two properties were sold as a package deal for a sale price of $3,194,900. 112 Hillside has 3 units and 4,810 s/f. 135 Hillside also has 3 units and 5,000 s/f. The properties have been renovated, are leased through August, contain separate utilities and are close to shops, restaurants, public transportation and Northeastern University. CRG owns and operates five full-service real estate offices in Metro Boston.
