Palmaccio promoted to chief financial officer at Bierbrier Development

Lexington, MA Bierbrier Development has promoted Nikki Palmaccio to chief financial officer. In this new role, she oversees accounting, acquisitions and financing strategies for all properties.
Palmaccio joined Bierbrier in 2017 as comptroller. She brings over 15 years of financial management experience, having formerly served as a controller at Winn Residential and The Davis Companies, and as an associate at a Boston-based retail shopping center REIT.
Len Bierbrier, president of Bierbrier said, “We are very proud to offer Nikki this position. Her level of expertise and industry knowledge is paramount as we continue to expand in the commercial real estate space here in Massachusetts.”
