Panasis and Kelley of Brady Sullivan arrange 40,591 s/f in leases

Brady Sullivan Properties has completed two leases at 670 Commercial St. Goodman Networks has signed a long term lease for 13,591 s/f of space. Goodman Networks, one of the largest end to end telecommunication service companies in the U.S., has moved into new space at one of the city's signature addresses. The turn key build out was done to Goodman's specific needs and culture of their particular office space. Brady Sullivan also completed a major multi-year term transaction with Premier Education Group for over 27,000 s/f. The career training organization is occupying space on the 4th floor which was a turn-key build out completed by Brady Sullivan for their Nursing program. "The Jefferson Mill offers a great space for this organization due to its ability to facilitate laboratory space and lecture rooms. The career school has continued its occupation at the Jefferson Mill with a number of expansions due to the capabilities of the versatile Mill space" said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate, Brady Sullivan. Panasis and Benjamin Kelley represented the landlord, Brady Sullivan, while Premier Education Group represented themselves. Both transactions were turn key build outs utilizing the Brady Sullivan architectural and construction team. Brady Sullivan Properties owns and operates more than 3.5 million s/f of commercial space in the southern NH region and also has a significant residential division as well.
