Panasis and Kelley of Brady Sullivan Properties lease 12,502 s/f at 1750 Elm Street, Brady Sullivan Tower

Brady Sullivan Properties completed a lease transaction with Scribe Software at 1750 Elm St, the Brady Sullivan Tower. Scribe, a New Hampshire based software company previously located at Bedford Farms will occupy 12,502 s/f at the Tower. The Brady Sullivan Tower has seen a steady increase in new tenants and occupancy over the past few quarters. The total building contains 212,000 s/f of class A office space and offers amenities including an on-site cafeteria and parking. Charles Panasis and Benjamin Kelley worked to complete the deal on behalf of Brady Sullivan Props. Mike Monks of Monks and Co. represented the tenant.
