Southeast New Hampshire Habitat for Humanity has leased 19,000 s/f of retail space at 29 Fox Run Rd. from Newington Realty Co. The building is the former Roller Skate Newington located next to Walmart and the Fox Run Mall.
The new space will be a Habitat ReStore relocating from its current premises in Dover.
Doug Willey, manager of the Dover ReStore, stated that they are thrilled to be moving to the expanded space which is on a single level and to have parking and visibility.
Jean Kane of the Kane Company listed the property and Chris McMahon of NAI Norwood Group procured the tenant.Jean Kane, The Kane Co.
