Brady Sullivan Properties has sold 12,760 s/f to the Manchester School Department for $1.7 million. The space is located on the second floor at 195 McGregor St. Brady Sullivan completed this turn-key design and build out within 45 days to meet the department's occupancy deadline. The Manchester School Dept. was represented by Mike Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties. Charles Panasis and Benjamin Kelley worked on behalf of the seller, Brady Sullivan. Much of the commercial space at the 555,774 s/f Brady Sullivan Millworks has been sold.
