Panasis of Brady Sullivan Properties signs Golder Association to 8,300 s/f lease

According to Brady Sullivan Properties, Golder Associates, Inc. has signed a five year lease for 8,300 s/f of Class A engineering office space at the Jefferson Mill on 670 North Commercial St. The first floor space has a mix of private offices, open cubicle area and conference rooms comprising overlooking the Merrimack River. "We are extremely pleased that Golder Associates has relocated to the Jefferson Mill, bringing the total occupancy to roughly 87%" said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate at Brady Sullivan. Employee owned since their formation in 1960, Golder professionals take pride in their ability to build an understanding of client needs and of the specific environments in which they operate.
