Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. completes $3.9m sale

Worcester, MA Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of 267 Shrewsbury St., serving as the sole broker for the transaction.

The property sold for $3.9 million, achieving a price of $327 per s/f. As part of the transaction, Papazian negotiated a lease buyout with the existing tenant, DaVita Dialysis, ensuring a seamless transition for the new ownership.

The 11,940 s/f facility will be repurposed by the buyer and used as the next site for their adult daycare business, expanding access to vital community-based care services in the area.
