Paradigm Partners and Jones Lang LaSalle sign over 115,000 s/f of new and renewed leases at Cityplace I
Hartford, CT Paradigm Properties LLC, owners of United Healthcare Center at CityPlace I and Jones Lang LaSalle have completed over 115,000 s/f of signed leases at Hartford’s class A office tower.
Included in the signed leases are the law firm Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, which leased 5,365 s/f on the 37th floor and VikingPeak Management Company LLC, which leased 8,939 s/f on the 38th floor.
Among the renewals are McCarter & English, LLP, a law firm who originally took occupancy in Cityplace I in 1984. The firm signed a lease for 35,105 s/f for 10 years on floors 36 and 37.
“We are thrilled to welcome our new clients and to renew our relationship with our existing clients as we continue to upgrade the look and service level of the United Healthcare Center,” said John Caldwell, president of Paradigm.
