Paramount Partners leases 12,000 s/f to Ethan Allen in Burlington

According to Paramount Partners, Ethan Allen opened its newest design center at Wayside Common. Ethan Allen moved into 12,000 s/f of the former Borders space across from the Capital Grill Restaurant. Deborah Meyers, principal of Paramount Partners, represented Ethan Allen in this transaction and Deb DiMeo of The Wilder Companies, represented Wayside Commons. "We are very pleased with this new location in Burlington," said Meyers. "Ethan Allen was searching for a strategic, high profile location to best serve the area's affluent community. Wayside was the perfect choice," she said.
