The seller of the property, Building E Norwell, LLC was represented by David Mitchell of Rader Properties while the buyer, Paul Falzone of The Right One, was represented by Jay Nuss of Paramount Partners, LLC. The building, which will serve as the corporate headquarters for The Right One Dating Service, contains 3,221 s/f of single-level space together with a full basement. According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, the purchase price was $775,000.
