Parker of Lyman Real Estate brokers $345,000 land sale of 6.03 acres

Centerbrook, CT A 6.03 acre parcel in a limited industrial zone has been sold, according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate. The vacant land at 60 Main St., was sold for $345,000 by Catherine and Charles Pratt, represented by Lyman broker Penny Parker. William Raveis’s Lara Luciani was agent for buyer All Realty, LLC, owned by All Waste, Inc.

Headquartered in Hartford, All Waste is one of the state’s largest privately held solid waste and recycling companies, serving commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential customers. Parker said the property will be used to expand the company’s facilities for storing trucks and equipment.
